September Launches: Gallery Semi-Buffet Lunch, Signature Coffee & Matcha, & IFC Pop-up Sweets

Gallery at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong ushers in a new era of dining designed for the rhythm of the modern day. Bringing together a Semi-Buffet Lunch and the debut of Gallery Signature Beverage Creations, the venue offers a refined setting for business lunches and leisurely afternoons alike. Beyond Gallery, Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan's latest artisanal confection awaits at the Cake Shop Pop-up Store in IFC Mall, offering yet another reason to visit.

NEW SEMI-BUFFET LUNCH AT GALLERY

Inspired by the convivial ease of a contemporary French brasserie, Gallery’s new Semi-Buffet Lunch (HKD 568* per person) brings together a generous buffet selection with a freshly prepared main course served at the table. Guests can start with seasonal salads, charcuterie and cheeses, and a daily soup served at the table, before choosing from three main course options, which rotate regularly and always include a vegetarian dish. To finish, the dessert station offers a selection of homemade pâtisserie and sweets.

The main course selection may include dishes such as Pan Roasted USDA Beef Striploin, Classic Poulet Rôti, or Oven-Baked Vegetarian Lasagna. The buffet selection changes with the season, with salads such as Classic Prawn Cocktail Salad with Avocado and Périgord Salad with Smoked Duck Breast.

At the charcuterie and cheese station, guests can enjoy selections such as Serrano ham and artisanal French cheeses from Les Frères Marchand. To finish, the dessert station offers comforting pâtisserie favourites, from Basque Burnt Cheesecake and Flan Tart with Fresh Berry Compote to Pistachio and Strawberry Éclairs.

ELEVATED COFFEE AND MATCHA RITUALS: SIGNATURE CREATIONS AT GALLERY

Complementing the new lunch offering is the debut of Gallery Signature Beverage Creations (HKD 150* each drink), a collection of eight coffee and matcha drinks that bring a more indulgent touch to everyday café rituals. The menu reimagines familiar favourites with thoughtful ingredients and layered flavours, from rich espresso-based creations to refreshing matcha signatures.

Highlights include the Tiramisu Latte, crafted with Arabica and Robusta coffee, coconut milk and house-made mascarpone foam for a dessert-like finish; and the Maple Latte, where coffee, milk and maple syrup are topped with popcorn for a playful hint of sweetness. For something lighter, the Yuzu Espresso Tonic combines honey-infused citrus brightness with a coffee shakerato topping, while the Strawberry Matcha pairs ceremonial-grade matcha with the gentle sweetness of strawberry.

Served within the relaxed, refined setting of Gallery, the collection offers a delicious new reason to pause in the heart of Central — whether after lunch, between meetings, or during an unhurried afternoon.

The Nemo collection features a smaller and slimmer design. Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor Welcomes New Artist in Residence

Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor has welcomed a new artist in residence ahead of the launch of a new exhibition of artworks, as the iconic 93-year-old luxury hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia continues to spotlight talented Khmer creatives. Teang Borin, popularly known as ‘DinArt’, is an audacious, self-taught artist whose work captures and exalts the essence of Cambodia’s rich religious and societal heritage. His latest exhibition, inspired by the majesty of Khmer royalty and the distinguished colour palette of the Raffles Royal Doorman, features vivid, brilliant hues often set against a stark backdrop. “The central concept revives the historical tradition of Khmer royalty, specifically focussing on the Royal Guards’ pantaloons. Historically, the colour of a king’s attire would change to correspond with the day of the week—a vibrant, visual reminder of the calendar and its spiritual significance,” said curator Nat Di Maggio of the local Tribe Art Gallery.
