New Evening Snacks at the Pool Terrace, Al Fresco Dining at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

This summer, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong invites guests to embrace al fresco dining at its iconic outdoor terrace with the launch of a new Evening Snacks Menu at Pool Terrace, available daily from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Overlooking the glittering Victoria Harbour and framed by Central’s soaring skyline, the Pool Terrace sets the scene for relaxed sunset gatherings, after-work drinks, and romantic date nights — a refreshing new way to experience summer in the city.

Summer Evenings by the Pool Terrace

As golden hour fades into a mesmerizing skyline, the Pool Terrace transforms into one of the city’s most captivating outdoor terrace dining destinations. Overlooking Victoria Harbour and surrounded by Central’s illuminated towers, the open-air space offers a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere, ideal for lingering conversations under the stars.

The newly launched evening menu features vibrant, shareable dishes crafted for summer enjoyment. Highlights include the Okonomiyaki Pancake (HKD 218*) with blue prawn, calamari and mussels topped with bonito flakes; Pan-Seared Salmon Cube (HKD 378*) with black sesame, asparagus and caper herb sauce; and Grilled Octopus Souvlaki (HKD 318*) with Kalamata olives, feta and lemon-garlic vinaigrette, adding a Mediterranean touch to the harbourfront setting.

For a sweet finish, guests can indulge in a vodka-infused Frozen Lemon (HKD 160*) or Homemade Cinnamon Churros (HKD 160*) served with vanilla ice cream, dulce de leche and dark chocolate.

Complementing the menu is the “101 Days of Summer” build-your-own Summer Sangria (HKD 388*—choice of red, white or rosé). A measured pour of cognac lends the classic blend a smoother, more rounded finish, before guests dial the fruitiness to their own taste with fresh lemon, apple, strawberries and mint. It is a refreshing ritual designed for long, balmy evenings on the terrace.

From sunset through late evening, the Pool Terrace captures the essence of summer in the city — vibrant, sociable and effortlessly refined, with Victoria Harbour as its dazzling backdrop.

*Prices are subject to 10 percent service charge.

Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor Welcomes New Artist in Residence

Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor has welcomed a new artist in residence ahead of the launch of a new exhibition of artworks, as the iconic 93-year-old luxury hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia continues to spotlight talented Khmer creatives. Teang Borin, popularly known as ‘DinArt’, is an audacious, self-taught artist whose work captures and exalts the essence of Cambodia’s rich religious and societal heritage. His latest exhibition, inspired by the majesty of Khmer royalty and the distinguished colour palette of the Raffles Royal Doorman, features vivid, brilliant hues often set against a stark backdrop. “The central concept revives the historical tradition of Khmer royalty, specifically focussing on the Royal Guards’ pantaloons. Historically, the colour of a king’s attire would change to correspond with the day of the week—a vibrant, visual reminder of the calendar and its spiritual significance,” said curator Nat Di Maggio of the local Tribe Art Gallery. Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor wil...
