A Toast to Her: Sunday Brunch at The Brasserie


Drawing inspiration from the symbolism of nature—grounded, ever-growing, and enduring—this newly conceptualized Mother’s Day celebration invites guests to create meaningful memories through thoughtfully curated experiences. Highlights include an interactive Hot Chocolate Stamp Masterclass and a Dry Flower Potpourri Atelier. In a tender expression of affection, the Hotel’s butlers will also invite children to pen a “Letter to Mommy,” a heartfelt keepsake to be cherished long after the occasion. Each moment is further preserved with a Polaroid portrait, capturing a timeless memory to be taken home as part of this intimate celebration.

Set against a backdrop of blooming florals and the soft cadence of live music, the experience becomes a graceful ode to the women who anchor us in love—honored through every delicate bite and elegant pour. Highlights also include an interactive Hot Chocolate Stamp Masterclass and a Dry Flower Potpourri Atelier.

In celebration of Mother’s Day, the sweet selection is elevated with an exclusive Raspberry Travel Cake, featuring layers of raspberry pound cake, vibrant confit, and silky white chocolate ganache, finished with a crisp raspberry-white chocolate dip for a refined textural accent.
