This remarkable collaboration brings together two culinary powerhouses: Caprice, which has earned the distinction of three Michelin stars for seven consecutive years - and Restaurant JAN, which made German culinary history by earning three Michelin stars just six months after opening in 2023.

This rare culinary collaboration presents a seven-course menu priced at HKD 4,988* per person, blending both chefs' global inspirations and masterful techniques.
