Azerai Resorts in Vietnam Introduces Stay Packages for International Women’s Day

Azerai Resorts in Vietnam has introduced exclusive two-night stay packages ahead of International Women’s Day in March.

The special offer at Azerai La Residence, Hue and Azerai Ke Ga Bay includes a two-night stay between March 3-9 with daily breakfast, daily afternoon tea, a 90-minute spa treatment for two, a Vietnamese set dinner for two (not including drinks) and more.

The package is priced from 14,880,000 VND++ for a two-night stay at either Azerai La Residence, Hue or Azerai Ke Ga Bay.

International Women’s Day, observed on Mar. 8, is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. It also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.

Azerai La Residence, Hue was recently named one of Vietnam’s best 16 hotels by The Times, the UK’s oldest national daily newspaper. With 122 rooms and suites, the hotel is centered on a colonial mansion that was built in 1930 as part of the residence of the French Resident Superieur. The mansion’s distinctive façade, including its long horizontal lines and nautical flourishes, are hallmarks of the streamline moderne school of art deco architecture.

Azerai Ke Ga Bay, located a comfortable 2.5-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City on a new highway, is nestled amongst 4.5 hectares of lush gardens, framed to the east by Hon Ba Island with its historic lighthouse and to the west by soaring sand dunes. This unique and picturesque location provides a tranquil setting, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. Azerai Ke Ga Bay was named “Leisure Hotel of the Year” in last year’s City Travel Awards.

Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor Welcomes New Artist in Residence

Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor has welcomed a new artist in residence ahead of the launch of a new exhibition of artworks, as the iconic 93-year-old luxury hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia continues to spotlight talented Khmer creatives. Teang Borin, popularly known as ‘DinArt’, is an audacious, self-taught artist whose work captures and exalts the essence of Cambodia’s rich religious and societal heritage. His latest exhibition, inspired by the majesty of Khmer royalty and the distinguished colour palette of the Raffles Royal Doorman, features vivid, brilliant hues often set against a stark backdrop. “The central concept revives the historical tradition of Khmer royalty, specifically focussing on the Royal Guards’ pantaloons. Historically, the colour of a king’s attire would change to correspond with the day of the week—a vibrant, visual reminder of the calendar and its spiritual significance,” said curator Nat Di Maggio of the local Tribe Art Gallery.
