Culinary excellence takes center stage at Rosewood Phnom Penh during the festive season, as the hotel’s dining venues unveil special menus crafted to elevate each gathering. At Brasserie Louis, diners can indulge in a sumptuous French Christmas dinner, comprising only the finest seasonal ingredients. Award-winning steakhouse Cuts, recently crowned "Cambodia’s Best Restaurant" by Travel + Leisure, presents a luxurious five-course dinner showcasing the best in meats and seafood. For a more relaxed dining experience, guests can delight in an exquisite Japanese-inspired menu at the vibrant Iza, while Zhan Liang invites guests to savor a sophisticated family-style Chinese feast, created by renowned Chef Teng Kamseng.
