THE DEBUT OF CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH AT MERDEKA GRILL PARK HYATT KUALA LUMPUR

  This October, Merdeka Grill at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur unveils a new benchmark for Sunday indulgence with the debut of Champagne Brunch at Merdeka Grill. Beginning on 26 October 2025 and continuing every last Sunday of the month, the city’s most anticipated brunch experience combines refined gastronomy, breathtaking skyline views, and the sparkle of champagne in a truly elevated affair.



Perched high on Level 75, Merdeka Grill presents an indulgent spread that celebrates both culinary craftsmanship and luxury dining. Guests can savour signature dishes prepared à la minute alongside Chef Holger’s famed Chocolate & Cheese Trolley, starring his exquisite 71% Chocolate Mille-Feuille. A premium seafood showcase takes centre stage with an Arctic Shrimp Tower, King Crab, Rock Lobster, and a bountiful oyster counter, complemented by a live Steak Tartare station and other seasonal highlights.

The Champagne Brunch begins with unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and housemade kombucha served from the Kombucha Trolley. Guests may enhance their afternoon with alcoholic beverages add-on, including unlimited prosecco, white and red wines, or indulge in the ultimate Champagne Brunch at MYR 888+ per person, featuring unlimited Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé Champagne and signature cocktails such as Whisky Sour and Negroni from the cocktail trolley, accompanied by the soulful melodies of a live saxophone performance.


With its unmatched culinary offering, panoramic views, and refined ambience, the Champagne Brunch at Merdeka Grill promises to become Kuala Lumpur’s most indulgent Sunday ritual.
